Features
Everything BoardHerald does, grouped by the surface you spend time in. Every feature is also addressable by an MCP agent — same data, same permissions.
BoardHerald is organised around five first-class surfaces: Updates, Resolutions, Meetings, Financials, and Users & Roles. Each has its own page with the full detail — states, permissions, notifications, audit. They're supplemented by cross-cutting platform features that apply to every surface: dyslexia-friendly typography, text-to-speech, timezone handling, white-label branding, NDA gating, and the audit log.
Rich-text board updates with text-to-speech, acknowledgements, and audit.

- Accessibility — configurable font (Atkinson Hyperlegible, Lexend, OpenDyslexic), size, line-height, and prose background (dark, sepia, high contrast). Set per-user on Profile. See Platform → Accessibility.
- Listen button — text-to-speech on updates, financials, NDA, and meeting agendas. Server-rendered neural voices with browser fallback. See Listen.
- Timezones — every date/time in-app, in emails, and in calendar attachments renders in each viewer's effective timezone. See Platform → Timezones.
- Audit log — every significant action (logins, acknowledgements, votes, role changes, content CRUD) is recorded with user, timestamp, IP, and device. See Platform → Audit log.
- NDA gating — no board member reads anything without signing the active NDA version. See Platform → NDA.
